WASHINGTON—Representative Eliot L. Engel, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, today announced Democratic membership of Foreign Affairs Subcommittees for the 115th Congress. He also welcomed the Committee Democrats' unanimous election of Representative Ami Bera (CA) as the Vice Ranking Member.
